We Offer You a Helping Hand

Life is filled with challenges. Sometimes they are difficult to overcome on our own. Jewish Family Service, established in 1985, has a rich tradition of providing assistance to those in need so they can overcome their challenges. As the human service arm of the Jewish community, we are guided by the value of tikkun olam, repairing the world. Our services are available to people from all religious backgrounds, old and young, urban and rural -- in short, those who need a helping hand.

We endeavor to achieve our vision, "Repairing the World – Helping One Family at a Time" by staying true to our mission:

Guided by Jewish values, we offer targeted social services that help preserve and improve the quality of life for New Mexicans.

JFS in Action – Pursuing our Mission

We have earned the confidence of our clients, the respect of our peers, and the support of our funders and contributors by providing quality services to people in need. Today, our commitment is stronger than ever as the number of people in need grows and resources for providing assistance diminish.
